Congratulations to the office of Larry Pressman, MD & Michael Wu, MD for achieving Best Practice status from the latest national patient satisfaction survey results.

According to the combined scores of over 150,000 patients nationally, the office of Drs. Pressman and Wu are in the top 5% of the country for their “Overall Visit” satisfaction score.

Core Physicians periodically conducts patient satisfaction surveys throughout the year utilizing a national survey standard developed by the American Medical Group Association (AMGA). AMGA is an association that represents medical groups, including some of the nation’s largest, most prestigious integrated health care delivery systems. Survey results analyze a patient’s perception of our offices operations and quality of care. Patients are surveyed after their appointments in areas including ease of getting an appointment, length of wait times and communication by physicians and staff.
