Physician Recruitment & Retention Team

Roxanne Touchette, RN, JD, is the Vice President of Clinical Operations for Core Physicians. As such, Roxanne is responsible for the daily operations of Core’s primary care and specialty practices. Roxanne has seventeen years of experience in physician practice management. Her past and present memberships include Medical Group Management Association and Group Practice Improvement Network.

Marc Fournier has been a human resources professional for over 10 years and most recently supported ambulatory services at Mass General Hospital. He joined the organization in the spring of 2006 and since that time has developed a dedicated HR team to support Core Physicians.

Laurie Berube, RN, BC, is Core’s Physician Talent Management Specialist. This role is responsible for the design and delivery of physician and leadership development programs, the mentorship program, and efforts towards obtaining proficiency within these competency areas. Laurie has 23 years of clinical experience in the fields of nursing, development, and management.

Ron Goodspeed joined the Exeter Health Resources organization in 1984 as a director of community relations and marketing. He has been involved in the physician recruiting process for several years, and in 2007, because of the strategic importance of attracting quality physicians, Ron found 100% of his energy being devoted to the recruiting effort. Ron has been a past member of the board of directors of the National Association of Physician Recruiting and is a member of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters. He is very involved in the community and has a voluminous knowledge of the local towns, schools, and services.

Deb Cresta first joined Exeter Health Resources in 1984. She was appointed Vice President of Ambulatory Services in 1993 and President of Core Physicians in 1998. She also serves on the Board of Core Physicians and is the past project development leader and executive in charge of Synergy Health and Fitness Center. Her past and present memberships include Medical Group Management Association, American Academy of Medical Administrators, American College of Healthcare Executives, and American Medical Group Association.
