I really like Dr. Anderson because he takes time to listen and explain and doesn't make you feel rushed. He's upfront with his capabilities and what he is comfortable doing and explains why. On top of all that, he just has a great personality and bedside manner.

Doctor was awesome! Knowledgeable, patient and caring in spite of my late arrival. What was AWFUL was trying find the damn office. People must assume that every visitor has been there before and knows where every doctor's office is located. I pretty much just landed there from Mars and had no clue beyond the hospital physical address where I was going. I entered on Buzzell Ave and drove around for 15 mins trying to find an office at 3 Alumni. I stopped and asked at 2 different buildings and got a little help at the second stop. As it was, I was quite late for my appointment which was terribly upsetting to me and I'm sure the staff scheduling was negatively affected as well. Grrr. Maybe add a map or photo or even this text to the ENT website. It would have saved my day for sure :-) "Our office is inside the Exeter hospital. To get here, pull up to the main hospital entry doors which are on the opposite side of the campus from the ER Entry. If you desire, a complimentary valet will be available to park your car and direct you to your appointment".
