After Hours Care

Now you can receive care until 8:00 p.m. on most days. Our After Hours Care Clinic is open seven days a week.

Monday - Friday: 5:30pm to 8:00pm
Saturday & Sunday:  9:00am to 12:00pm

The clinic is staffed by a Core primary care provider and conveniently located in the Saltonstall Building at 9 Buzell Avenue in Exeter. Please call your Core Physicians' primary care office to make an appointment before arriving at the clinic.
