Billing Services

Core Physicians has a Central Business Office (CBO) which bills for all services provided by a Core provider in the office or hospital.

Services provided by the hospital or a non Core provider are not billed by Core's CBO. These services include but are not limited to the following: nursing care, anesthesia, hospital room, meals, etc.

The CBO’s goal is to provide you with convenient, dependable billing services. After viewing our Billing Services web pages, if you still have questions regarding your physician bill, please contact us at 603-580-6753.

Telephone inquires can be made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

You may also request billing assistance any time of day or night by email.

All inquires are important to us and will be responded to within two business days.
