Ears, Nose & Throat (Otolaryngology & Audiology)

Our Otolaryngologists (ENT Doctors) specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of adults and children with diseases involving the head and neck excluding the brain, teeth and eyes. Problems which are commonly treated include rhinitis (runny nose), recurrent infections of the nose and sinuses, snoring, sleep apnea, voice disorders, thyroid and parathyroid diseases, and breathing disorders related to the nose or throat. We also remove lesions and moles from the neck up.
Audiologists
Our Audiologists diagnose and treat hearing and balance problems. They are trained to diagnose, manage and treat hearing or balance problems for individuals from birth through adulthood. Audiologists also fit and dispense hearing aids.
Speech Language Pathologists
Our Speech Language Pathologists diagnose and treat disorders of speech, language, voice and swallowing in a variety of settings for both children and adults of all ages. Speech Language Pathologists and Otolaryngologists work together to diagnose and treat voice and swallowing disorders. One method involves the use of videostroboscopy, a specialized diagnostic procedure used to assess the structure and function of the larynx. With the use of a camera/scope and video recording system, the speech pathologist works in conjunction with the otolaryngologist to properly assess and treat voice/throat problems.
