Core Physicians offers a wide range of on site laboratory services for blood work, specimen collection and testing. Our highly trained laboratory technicians and clinicians are committed to providing patients with the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.

Please note that you may receive a separate bill for any lab work sent outside of Core for processing. You may also be subject to paying an office co-pay for your laboratory services. Please contact your health plan with any questions regarding your coverage.
For patients with the Anthem Site of Service benefit design, it is important to share with you that cost shares will be waived when a Core lab is chosen. Copays, coinsurance and deductibles will be waived for all Anthem Site of Service members when using a Core lab.
