Dr. Andrew Weeks Moves to Exeter

Dear patients,

It has been my privilege to be your physician at Millpond Family Practice. Some of you I have known for over 15 years. I wanted to let you all know of some changes.

I have moved my practice to Exeter joining Exeter Family Care in the Saltonstall building. I will be working only 2 days in the office in this location, cutting down my office availability to spend more time doing hospital medicine as well as nursing home visits.

Joining Dr. Larouche here at Millpond will be Dr. Corinne Replogle. She is board certified in Family Medicine and will be working full time at this office.

I will be happy to see any existing patients in my new office.  My new location is adjacent to the emergency room of the Exeter Hospital and has excellent parking as well as a full time lab and x-ray.

For anyone wishing to follow me to Exeter, there is no need to transfer records as they are all electronic. Patients wishing to stay and establish care with Dr. Replogle, or indeed any Core physician likewise, do not need to request records. If you wish to transfer to a non Core physician records will be copied and mailed.

Please call with any questions or concerns. I’m sorry for the disruption in my practice here in Durham but hope to see many of you in Exeter if that is convenient for you.
