Arthur Yan, MD, MBA, AGAF


Dr. Arthur Yan is a gastroenterologist in Exeter, NH.  He provides comprehensive care in the evaluation and treatment of problems faced by those with gastrointestinal issues.  Dr. Yan cares for patients with abdominal pain, gallstones, ulcers, abnormal bowel movements, heartburn, indigestion, hepatitis, and diseases of the liver and pancreas.

Dr. Yan's previous research interests involves exploring the role of the enteric microbiome in the progression of alcoholic liver disease.  He has presented at national scientific meetings and has written and co-authored peer-reviewed articles in the field of gastroenterology.  In addition to general hepatology, he has clinical interests in therapeutic endoscopy including the use of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) for the management of pancreaticobiliary diseases.

In his spare time, Dr. Yan enjoys outdoor adventures, including hiking in the wilderness and camping with his family.

I would. Tell my friends and family exactly what I just told you that but I was happy with the experience and the fact, that he is very thorough, but I would have liked to have had one more follow up meeting with him just to finalize everything and maybe that's still in the possibility because I still have one more test today. So we're not, we're not done. So this this series of questions is really premature. Okay. Thank you.

I am very impressed with Dr Yan. He took time to listen, understand and explain so I understood. I would highly recommend him and only wish my daughter who lives in Mass could see him as well.
