The only issue I had was I called in advance to make sure they had my records from another Dr office and they reassured me they got them but they didn't. That was very frustrating to me because the Dr. did not have all the records that he should have had at the time of my visit. He had to wait to get them and call me back.

This was for a colonoscopy

Extremely caring and kind staff all around. They made a procedure I was not looking forward to so much easier, just by their compassion and patient care.

My PCP referred me back to Dr. Yan he got me in for tests within a few days and spoke to me immediately after the procedure and left me with photos and information. I was very happy not to have a long wait for results!

I only saw Dr. Yan one time - I had a colonoscopy. He was fantastic! He talked to me before the procedure & answered all my questions!

I really like his office people and him. Great job!

Everything covered

I have a high confidence level with Dr. Yan. He explains everything. He remembered all the details from my earlier visit 6 mos ago.

I have always received excellent care from this office. All staff are professional and caring. Dr. Yan is top notch - I could not ask for better care, listens to questions + concerns, speaks to me in language I can understand
