They are very understanding and sympathetic to the fact I'm a new mom. They gave him an RSV test to ease my anxiety, took his oxygen and treated me with respect even though I felt like a crazy person. I love core as an entity but this pediatric office is magnificent!

Carter Hines treated my daughter like an individual that mattered and her concerns where heard . She also followed up later on in the week as promised ,with a call. Very personal experience. I've been bringing my kids there for 20plus years .

Our nurse Deb was amazing. As first time parents we truly appreciated this visit. She not only checked on the health of mother but also baby. She also gave wonderful tips on breast feeding as well as tips with using formula as we are going to do both. She had wonderful knowledge in the milestones for babies and the importance of tummy time and developmental stages of babies. She was tentative and caring. I highly recommend first time mothers consider using this service. It is very valuable and useful. It is absolutely beneficial to both me, my husband, And most importantly to our little baby girl.
