Gave excellent advice

My only appointment was for a consultation and to set up future tests. Receptionist was almost rude to me She did not know correct info on insurance card

Because my visit to this provider led to endoscopy, many of these questions do not apply - this office visit was the 1st & only visit.

At routine OV, provider asked me to schedule bloodwork with another OV to review results. If bloodwork was completed prior to first OV, I would have only needed (and paid for) one OV, instead of two.

Dr Cabral has been an excellent physician for me. I actually consider Chad to be a partner with me as I progress through a disease process that required multiple uppers over a period of time. He expressed great interested and concern, sound advice and encouragement. Proud to have him as my physician provider

I felt Dr. Cabral did a good job handling my case, although there are still some lingering questions about what the next steps are given that are results from tests were negative.

From appointment time -> actually getting into a room and seeing someone is extremely slow, but the providers are excellent.

Very good appointment. An hour late but I didn't mind as he is very thorough with everyone. He takes his time listening and I never felt rushed!

I did not receive a reminder phone call 7 days prior to procedure to make sure I prepared for it properly. I also had to call to find out the time of procedure.

Dr. Cabral is one of the few providers w/ care that takes the time to listen to concerns. I highly recommend him.
