She is smart and kind and her availability to respond to me is hampered by the current parameters of Medicare and Core establishment..... It hard to be sick these years.... It was nicer 8 yrs ago in Connecticut.... I realize we exist in the trauma of a world pandemic .. but I would like to reach the medical offices for answers without 12 to 20 minutes Wait on the phone..
