Dr. Matson did a superior job demonstrating sincere concern about possible causes and past treatments for osteopenia/osteoporosis. She wanted a more thorough history of disease progress, baseline bone density scan, medication prescribed and for how long, before recommending a treatment moving forward. Excellent strategy when diagnosing a new patient.
