Clerks need to return calls when they say they are going to and not put you on hold and forget who they put on hold

Telephone service is poor

Dr. Pernyezi is very nice

I find it the best I have gotten. He straight forward to what he has to say, with his answers which I like & very patient & thought. I really him I have been looking him since home service at age 69. God bless.

My provider was thorough however seemed rushed to get through my appt. to get to next one.

(Phoned the office) My most recent prescr order was not placed where I asked. The result was that instead of a 51 cent cost, it ws $10! Poor customer service.

I've called for prescriptions a couple of times and they were went to the pharmacy, but I was never told they were approved & sent there.

This provider is always respectful and gentle in his speech, hands - on - care and explanations of procedures and follow - up care. I have not experienced this level of respect from a PCP in the past. He does not push med. or procedures ever.

Very professional and comfortable.

Wish my doctor would take my concerns a little more seriously and not dismiss it easily
