Heather was amazing, this was our first meeting and I was super impressed that she had taken the time to review my records prior to my visit. It was very relaxed even though it was the end of the day and they were behind, she still didn't rush to finish the appointment. So thorough I felt like she understood my concerns and when she expressed some of her own concerns regarding my heath choices I didn't feel as if I was being judged or lectured. Yes, I had an appointment last week with, I can't remember her name, that's terrible. Anyway, she was excellent, a nurse practitioner.
