The conventional wisdom is that PCPs no longer spend enough time with patients at annual physical/wellness exams. Ingrid breaks that stereotype. She spent all the time we needed, listened carefully to my concerns (of which I had quite a few), offered concrete suggestions and courses of action for improvement, and generally showed the utmost care and concern for my physical and mental health.
