Ingrid comes across as very professional and competent but equally she is cordial and approachable. I went to her for a pre-op physical so there were no immediate issues but I felt that she was thorough and considerate of my health issues, particularly with respect to my medications and how they might impact my upcoming procedure.

She was caring and knowledgeable and very pleasant on the phone.She was encouraging and told me not to hesitate contacting her or my primary care with questions or concerns.
