I was nervous to have this procedure done, but my OB helped to calm my nerves by explaining everything that was happening and making sure that I felt that I had full control over what was going on. This experience was painless because of my provider who was skilled and careful the whole time.

Jackie really listened to all of my concerns and didn't make me feel rushed. She also made me feel comfortable during my yearly, which is always a vulnerable appointment to be at.

I was seen by a NP student, the actual provider never came in. She did good but I do believe the actual provider should have been there with the student.
