Jennifer Skoczylas, APRN

This was my initial visit with Jennifer Skoczylas, APRN. She was professional, very thorough, knowledgeable and kind as I was changing PCP'S after being with the same one for 30+ years. ( a bit stressful for me!) I was very impressed and look forward to having her as my PCP in the future.

Jenn Skoczylas is an absolutely wonderful Provider! She is always prepared and never hesitate'd to give all her attention for my questions. She carefully goes through the lab results and is very warm and respectful. I love her openness yet always stay's professional! I even told her that she cannot retire before I die, lol. She is thorough and I always look forward to my doctor visits with her and that is not easy to say about your medical appointments. I have recommended others to her due to her approach and care.

We saw our provider 90 minutes after our appointment.

Jen, is very caring, thorough, takes her time. Listens carefully, offers solutions, and urges me to call back with concerns. I have been seeing her since I moved to NH in 2020 and plan to stay under her care.

Everything was perfect from start to finish, no wait time. They answered all my questions and I am very glad to be part of CORE Physicians. Thank you.

I'm very satisfied with the service that I got from General Socialist. I find that she's very attentive. She listens to me as I explain problems and she confirms that what she's provided for me is what I need. So I'm very happy with what's provided.
