That after waiting an hour and a half this provider came into the room, did not apologize for the wait, and proceeded to tell me information I already knew. She was not helpful.

She didn't even put gloves on to examine me. Pretty much told me the was nothing she could do. Can't wait to see the bill for the visit that I took time off from work, drive 40 minutes, waited almost an hour for, just to not be helped.

She listens to you and then does something to help you with the problem that you are having. Also explains things so that you can understand what and why. Very pleased with her.

I thought Catherine was excellent. She was a good listener, made good recommendations. I just found her very helpful and certainly would recommend her.

Though Katie is not my regular provider at Core, I found her to be competent and a good listener. We were not together long enough for me to form an opinion one way or another.
