They are very thorough

I feel like who I saw was annoyed at one point letting out an exasperated sigh then looking to her phone before continuing. She seemed annoyed the entire time which made me feel uncomfortable.

That five days later I am still awaiting the results of my Covid, strep and flu swabs. Nothing on the portal. No call back.

Do not go and see Katie Affleck! She arrive into the room one hour late with no apology. She kept me another 30+ minutes for a sick call. She made me do the anxiety/depression survey, reviewed my history and then reported inaccurate info such as I had asthma and my fever was 104. She then said my weight was in the obese range. It took forever for here to listen to my lungs and check my ears. She then spoke into the dictaphone on items I was not there for. At this point I was getting upset because I had been at the facility since 2:10 pm coughing non-stop. She ended my appointment saying these last words..."So you lost a lot of weight, so your are not really fat just fat!" If I was not so sick, I would have said something but I was so shocked and baffled by the entire appointment. If she is the only provider available the next time I need to be seen, I will go elsewhere. She was terrible!
