I was questioning why the doctor has not looked at my medical history? When I asked, he stated he had "no information, no files from Dr. Dolan or NE Foot and Ankle (Portsmouth)". When I called NEFA they confirmed that my information was sent over on January 12- When I called back to the CORE office they confirmed that they in fact had all of my information- so I wondered why the disconnect? I have spend 2 years getting cortisone and trying conservative methods with 2 other podiatrists and I was disappointed that all of that seemed insignificant.
