It's one of the only appointments I have had where they got me in earlier than my scheduled time, awesome 99.9 percent of my dr. Appointments are NEVER on time, this was early no waiting, I love it. He also listened to me and let me make the decision if I need to come back, he said if I don't like the outcome they are here for me just call. I can't say enough AWESOME

Dr Lipfel spent a long time explaining my condition and listened to my concerns. He was very comforting and kind.

He put a scope up my nose and referred me to someone else and collected $300 for 5 min of his time. Cool!

Better than most

He was pleasant, if a bit patronizing to my almost 10-year-old daughter (calling her "sweetie" and "sweetheart" -- does he do that to his boy patients??). He spent all of about 3 minutes examining her and immediately recommended surgery without even scoping her nose. We will be seeking a second opinion, and are unlikely to be coming back to Core ENT. (In addition, the front desk staff was brusque and generally not very pleasant.)
