We are pretty new here but are really happy with Dr Fitzgerald & the Epping office!

The drs & other office personnel are a great team and always so polite & helpful!!

Dr. Fitzgerald had no bedside manner. He wanted to just admit our son and start him on an IV. We went to another doctor for a second opinion on our son's rash and we were told no treatment was required and it got better on its own.

Call center reps are courteous, receptionists friendly, clinical staff knowledgeable, and providers top notch!

I have been so happy w/ how everyone is from start to finish. I have never had a bad experience, we even left today smiling after finding out [NAME] had double ear infection and bronchitis. Everyone is so good to him.

Other doctors in this practice seem more knowledgeable

We are very impressed with Dr. Fitzgerald's kind manner, thoroughness and great listening/explaining skills.

Our daughter did not have the typical signs of Lyme disease, but when her other labs were negative Dr Fitzgerald was willing to order this lab. She ended up with a positive Lyme test so the dr started her on the antibiotics right away, we are grateful. Our child received the followup she did and Dr Fitzgerald explained the results to me and answered all my questions with the antibiotic.

Dr Fitzgerald is awesome! The receptionists are terrific too.

In scheduling my newborn's 6- week check - up the nurse failed to consider the requirements of vaccine shots and scheduled the appointments too early. We had to come back for a second visit just for the shots.
