Tina was calm and personable. She listened completely to my summary of my recent history and all my questions, and she was able to answer my questions to my satisfaction. I am new to Medicare, and Tina also helped me form a plan to use Medicare to my best advantage, moving forward.

Tina was very helpful in knowing my medications and she had my medical record right there at hand and she suggested a muscle relaxant which I had never taken before when I'd had similar back issues. And she described to me the difference between a medication such as Daclofenac or Tylenol or Meloxicam versus the muscle relaxant that she gave me and it was very helpful. I took it for three days and my back issues have resolved which is good because I'm set for a hip replacement and at this point I have to stop taking all medications. So she really rescued me with that three or four days that I took the muscle relaxant. Thank you Tina.
