Renew Medications

To renew an active medication, login to your patient portal account and select Medications.

You will see a list of both Active and Inactive Medications. To renew an active medication click on the Rx request icon. (Inactive (expired) Medications are not eligible to be renewed through the patient portal).


Choose a location & provider


Select or add a pharmacy

Select your medications, Confirm your renew details and Submit.

You can also request medication refills through your pharmacy app on your mobile phone or by calling them directly for any current medications prescribed by a Core provider.


Prescription refill requests will be processed within 3 business days from receipt. If you need your prescription refill sooner, please call your physician's office. You can also request prescription refills through your pharmacy app or by calling them directly for any current medications prescribed by a Core provider. If this is a medical emergency please call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
