A new patient portal is coming soon!

We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of our new patient portal in the summer of 2022.

Our new medfusion.com patient portal will replace our existing nextmd.com patient portal.

At that time, the nextmd.com patient portal accounts will be deactivated and patients will be asked to enroll in the new patient portal.

1. How do I enroll in the new patient portal once it becomes available? Patients with a valid email address on file, will receive an invitation with a link to enroll. When you click the link, create a username and password, and then follow the onscreen prompts to activate your account.

2. Is an email address necessary to enroll in the new patient portal? Yes

3. Will I still be able to access my portal messages and documents that are in my current nextmd.com patient portal account? No, this information will no longer be available through your nextmd.com patient portal account once it deactivated. If you would like to save any of this information for your personal records, we recommend you begin doing this now. Please keep in mind, your care team has saved pertinent information in your medical record and you will also be able to request a new health record once enrolled in the new medfusion.com patient portal.
