Text Message Appointment Reminders

Would you like to receive text message alerts when something is sent to your patient portal account or as a reminder for an upcoming appointment?

If so, please login to your patient portal account from a desktop computer or mobile device and follow the steps below to add your mobile phone number to your portal account.


From a desktop computer

Go to the SETTINGS tab and choose Account Settings













Click Edit to expand the Preferred Notification Method. If your mobile phone number is listed, follow the prompts on the screen and click update. If your mobile phone number is not on the screen please send us a portal message asking for it to be added to your account. Once added it will take up to 24 hours for it to show on this screen. 




























 


From a mobile device

Go to the Settings then Profile and choose Preferred Notification Method



If your mobile phone number is listed, follow the prompts on the screen and click update. If your mobile phone number is not on the screen please send us a portal message asking for it to be added to your account. Once added it will take up to 24 hours for it to show on this screen.
