There are 2 options to book an appointment on the patient portal

Schedule an Appointment (Book Now)
To self-schedule select Primary Care, Pediatric, Orthopedic, Cardiology and OBGYN appointments.
Same Day Primary Care appointment slots are made available online every weekday morning.
Primary Care patients must have a Core PCP.  New Patients, please call the office.
(Existing patients can also Book Online without going through the patient portal).

Appointments (Request Now)
Allows you to submit a request for most non-urgent specialty appointments. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive a reply to your request. If a response is needed sooner, or you have not received a reply within 3 business days, please call your provider's office.

Upcoming Appointments
The appointment time that displays on the patient portal for any upcoming surgeries or procedures should be considered tentative until you receive confirmation from the office. Not all past appointments will display.
