On the Account tab you can access your My Account information, Linked Account(s) and Trusted Representatives.

My Account- Profile, Security, Preferences, Account Activity
Please keep in mind most of the information you enter here does not flow back to your provider’s office. To update demographic information, please reach out to your provider’s office directly or update this information at the time of your online check-in.

To receive alerts through text messaging, select SMS. It is recommended to have both Email and SMS selected.

Linked Account(s)
Lists the dependents (ages 0 to 11) you are linked too.

Trusted Representatives
Lists the people who manage your care and their access rights. A good example of when to invite a Trusted Representative is when an elderly patient wants to invite a care manager (e.g. son or daughter) to manage their portal account.
