Core Physicians’ primary care providers deliver personalized, comprehensive care that starts with prevention and helping our patients stay healthy. We are also here to help you with acute injuries and illnesses, as well as managing any long-term health conditions.
Primary Care Services
We provide comprehensive physical exams, immunizations, minor surgical procedures, routine screenings and patient education, with the added convenience of labs, X-ray, and rehabilitation services at select locations.
All of our primary care providers (PCPs) are able to conduct telehealth visits to address certain medical needs. We have a team of providers dedicated to meet your same-day medical concerns when your PCP is not available.
As part of our goal to be responsive to your questions and requests, we also have a dedicated “in-box” provider to assist the in-office clinicians while they are caring for patients.
Additionally, we offer a team of behavioral health clinicians within the practices to provide counseling and meet the social needs of our patients.
Specialty Services
In addition to comprehensive primary care, our patients have access to over 20 specialty care services through Core Physicians. When specialists are involved in your care, they often collaborate with your PCP to develop the best treatment plan for you.
Our primary care and specialty care practices use the same electronic health record, which means all of your providers have immediate access to your entire health history.
New Patient Appointments
New patients can often receive a same-day virtual visit with Sandra Merry, APRN, to review their medical history, begin to build their medical chart and address more pressing medical needs. Future visits will then be booked with your new primary care provider.

Types of Primary Care Providers
Family Practice
Our family practice physicians provide you and your family with continuing, comprehensive care during all the phases of your lives — from birth and infancy, to childhood and adolescence and then continuing on to your adult life.
Our staff is committed to providing prompt and personalized care. We approach healthcare not simply as the treatment of a particular illness, but with a focus on prevention, health education and the well-being of the family as a whole.
We provide comprehensive physical exams, sports physicals, immunizations, minor surgical procedures, routine screenings, patient education and more.
Family practice providers are located in Epping, Exeter, Durham, Plaistow, Hampton, Portsmouth, Stratham and Kingston, NH.
Internal Medicine
Internal Medicine doctors focus on adult medicine and have had special study and training focusing on the prevention and treatment of adult illness, including diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol problems, arthritis and acute problems such as bronchitis and pneumonia.
Our primary care providers (PCPs) believe in the importance of preventative health exams and educating patients on maintaining an optimal level of wellness.
Patients of our adult primary care practices have the benefit of an entire team working together to provide your care. While you have one PCP, you may be seen by a physician (MD or DO), nurse practitioner (APRN) or physician assistant (PA).
While you may not be seen by the same provider every time you visit, you will always be seen by the appropriate provider for the level of care you need for that visit.
Internal Medicine providers are located in Hampton, Epping and Exeter, NH.
Pediatrics
Our pediatricians provide comprehensive, specialized pediatric care to well and sick infants, children, and adolescents in a child-friendly, pleasant environment.
We stress the importance of regular physicals and are there to help with developmental, emotional or school-related problems.
