Care for infants, children and adolescents

Compassionate, Comprehensive Pediatric Care Close To Home

At Core Physicians, our pediatricians are dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care for infants, children and adolescents in a welcoming, child-friendly environment.

We prioritize regular physicals and are available to support your family through developmental milestones, emotional or school-related concerns and everyday illnesses. You’re an essential member of your child’s care team, and we encourage your active participation every step of the way.

What We Offer

  • Infant, Childhood & Adolescent Care: We provide preventive care, sick visits, and guidance tailored to each developmental stage, starting with newborn care.
  • Family-Centered Approach: Communication and trust are at the heart of our practice — we work with families as partners in care.
  • Access to Pediatric Specialists: Through our network, you can access pediatric-focused subspecialists in behavioral health, dentistry, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT (ear, nose and throat), allergy and nutrition.

Visit Us

Our pediatricians are located throughout the Seacoast area — in Plaistow, Epping and Stratham, NH. We offer flexible office hours by appointment, seven days a week, for your convenience.

  • Walk-in sick visits available at all locations, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 8:15 am.
  • Same-day care and nurse-triage access ensures prompt attention to urgent concerns. When our office is closed, you can still be directed to appropriate care by calling your child’s pediatrician’s office directly.

More About Pediatrics

Pediatric Immunizations

At Core Pediatrics, we strongly recommend giving routine immunizations on time, following evidence-based schedules. Vaccines are a safe and highly effective way to prevent many serious infections in children, and they are one of the most important steps we can take together to protect your child’s health.

We understand that families may have questions about immunizations, and we welcome those conversations. At each check-up, we provide age-specific information packets that include vaccine information sheets and an easy-to-follow schedule of recommended immunizations and screenings. Our goal is to keep you informed and confident about your child’s care.

At Core Pediatrics, we give immunizations to prevent pain, suffering, and even death caused by infectious diseases. Vaccines are one of the most important and effective ways we can protect your child’s health.

When Your Child Outgrows Pediatric Care

At Core Physicians, we know how important it is to maintain continuity of care as your child grows. Saying goodbye to a trusted pediatrician can feel like a big step, but we’re here to make the transition to adult primary care as smooth as possible.

When the time comes, your son or daughter can easily move into care with one of our board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians. These doctors provide the same high-quality, personalized care you’ve come to expect, with a focus on supporting your child’s health into adulthood.

Because your child is already a Core Physicians patient, their complete medical record is securely part of our system. That means their new physician will have access to their full health history from day one — ensuring consistent, informed, and compassionate care.

To explore adult primary care options, you can call our Provider Information Line at 603-580-6668 or simply ask your pediatrician for guidance.
