Personalized care to help maintain your best health

Our primary care providers deliver personalized, comprehensive care that starts with prevention and helping our patients maintain their best health. We are also here to help you with acute injuries and illnesses, as well as helping you manage any long-term health conditions.

At Core Physicians, your entire care team is dedicated to providing the best possible care for you and your family at the time it’s needed, including same-day office visits and Telehealth services.

We provide comprehensive physical exams, immunizations, minor surgical procedures, routine screenings and patient education, with the added convenience of an in-house lab, X-ray, and rehabilitation services at select locations.

Primary Care Providers (PCP)

Pediatrics
Our Pediatricians provide comprehensive, specialized pediatric care to well and sick infants, children, and adolescents in a child-friendly, pleasant environment. We stress the importance of regular physicals and are there to help with developmental, emotional or school related problems.

Family Practice (FP) & Internal Medicine (IM)
We have both doctors and nurse practitioners available to be your primary care provider (PCP). Nurse practitioners undergo extensive education and training and are highly qualified to meet your primary care needs. Nurse practitioners are also recognized and accepted by insurance companies as primary care providers, giving you a wider range of PCP options throughout the Seacoast area.
