Core Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine and Exeter Hospital’s Family Center are proud to announce that they have been named a winner of the ParentingNH Magazine 2018 Family Favorites award program. Core Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine
is located in Epping, Exeter and Plaistow.
Family Favorites, now in its eight year, is an award program that recognizes family-friendly businesses, services and places from across the Granite State in more than 50 categories – as chosen by the readers of ParentingNH. Categories included local children’s book store, bike shop, dentist, pediatrician, family restaurant, ice cream place, martial arts studio and more.
“We are honored to be recognized with this award, particularly as it was chosen by local families.” said Phyllis Anderson, MSM, BSN, RN, Director of Pediatric Medicine. “At Core Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine, we take great pride in the work that we do. Our amazing care team, made up of physicians
, nurse practitioners, clinical, and administrative staff, work collaboratively with families to meet-and to exceed-the healthcare needs of children, teens and young adults in our community and we are thrilled to be acknowledged in this way.”
“At The Family Center, we strive to provide excellent care to families during and after the birth of their child,” said Michelle Savoie, MSN, RN, NE-BC, Director of Exeter Hospitals Family Center. “In addition to our expert and caring providers, we also offer innovative practices such as VBAC and nitrous oxide during labor.”
“The Family Favorites’ award program recognizes those places, people and things that make New Hampshire a great place to raise a family,” said Melanie Hitchcock, editor of ParentingNH. “Whether it is at child care center, the library or the playground, parents give each other advice on what and who is the best. The Family Favorites contest gives them the opportunity to share that information with all of our readers.”
The Family Favorite Awards voting took place online from July 1 through Aug. 15, 2018. The results of the reader’s poll will appear in the November 2018 issue of ParentingNH. A complete list of winners will also be posted at www.parentingnh.com
