Representatives from National Research Corporation (NRC), the organization that administers patient surveys for Core Physicians, recently visited two Core Physician provider offices they have identified as top performers as a result of survey scores — Core General Surgery and Seacoast Family Practice. These two practices have consistently scored in the 99th percentile on patient surveys across multiple areas, including provider communication, provider rating, access to care, and whether or not the patient would recommend services. The NRC representatives were onsite to personally observe best practices, which will be documented and shared with other top performing providers across the country.
“We were thrilled to host the representatives from NRC and to highlight our processes for them,” said Jessica Boccelli, Core’s Director of Service Excellence. “They were extremely impressed by our tiered huddle communication process and by our patient centered Lean initiatives to improve access to care. Most of all, though, they were impressed by our providers.”
