Yes, the staff was the issue. I had asked for them to print out a copy of my blood work and the, I guess, work plan, what they were looking at, why they were looking at. Usually get that. I didn't get it. I said, please print it out. I'll be at the office in 15 minutes. Didn't get it. It's just like, I live 15 minutes from the office. It's like I want to pick up a paper copy. Didn't happen. Finally, someone called me back and asked some more questions. Says, oh, you want your...your blood draws and you wanted a copy of the work plan that the doctor was working on. So I got four blood work sheets. I can't tell. I don't
