To help patients begin and sustain recovery from Substance Use Disorder

Our integrated office-based Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program offers patients who struggle with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) the opportunity to receive medication to help in their recovery journey within the setting of a Primary Care office. Our MAT program connects patients with several FDA approved medications including: buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone®), naltrexone for extended-release injectable suspension (Vivitrol®) and oral naltrexone to assist in the treatment of opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder. A combination of medication, peer support, education and behavioral therapies is effective in the treatment of SUD/OUD, and can help many people begin and sustain recovery. Our MAT program includes:
  You or your loved one may qualify for Core’s MAT program if you are struggling with opioid or alcohol dependence, motivated to stop using, and have a stable and safe environment where you can sustain your life in recovery. To see one of our prescribers, please talk to your Core Primary Care Provider (PCP).  If you do not have a Core PCP, please call 603-775-0000 to speak with our new patient welcome team.
