Dr Keenan is an excellent doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and has always gone above and beyond to ensure he's provided the best answer, guidance, and explanation. I highly recommend him as a doctor.

I would like to share an experience at the practice itself. While I was in the waiting room before my appointment, a man came in to deliver food. The front desk staff redirected him to the correct floor. After he left, one of the staff said, "He didn't even speak English. Learn English--you're in the United States!" and they all laughed. I was taken aback at these discriminatory comments, and I can't help but wonder how they would treat patients whose first language is not English. These types of comments are ignorant and offensive. I hope that you will consider doing some training or staff development around cultural awareness.
