Dr. Kyle is an excellent doctor. He's very, very smart and he is generally able to answer a lot of our questions about our children and their health care. However, he often seems in a rush and during this most recent visit rushed us out the door, kept saying, oh, you know, it's close to five o'clock. I don't want you to think I'm rushing you out, but that is exactly what he did. And he also has not responded to phone calls or emails about our child and the continuing issue that we have with him since our appointment last Thursday. And we are actually looking to change pediatricians after this experience, unfortunately. Thank you.

Dr. Kyle was excellent about speaking to my daughter directly while also listening to my feedback and concerns. He made her feel important and valued.
