I had a good experience with the provider. However, my experience getting the ear drops was a terrible experience. I saw her on a Wednesday. She prescribed something that Rite Aid didn't have, and... it just took until Friday for me to be able to get the ear drops, the proper ear drops that they had, between the provider calling back the pharmacy to give them another option. And I'm sure in the pharmacy's part too, but it was unfortunate that it took two days for me to be able to get the ear drops to relieve my symptoms. Other than that, everything was good.

Doctor Christine is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. Her prompt follow-ups and dedication to ensure my well-being are truly commendable. I appreciate her exceptional care and commitment.

I felt very comfortable with Christine and knew she was listening to me. She made sure I had the diagnostic tests that were important for me.
