To help patients begin and sustain recovery from Substance Use Disorder

Our integrated office-based Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program offers patients who struggle with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) the opportunity to receive medication to help in their recovery journey within the setting of a Primary Care office.
