Dr. Sutherland is very observant, very thorough, and very trustworthy. This is how I would recommend her, she's a very nice doctor. I don't know what I'm supposed to press now.

Yes but hopefully they dont need her!!

She is sharp, responds to phone calls AND you can reach her office without going through a Core Group outside office.

Dr. Sutherland is great but the office seems a bit disorganized. I realize these are extraordinarily times, but people need calm and reassurance, not rude phone calls. I understand a call a few minutes prior to an appointment, but the call an hour before in which she was rude to my husband, who answered, and to me when I got on the line, was uncalled for. And then when she said she couldn't talk on the call that she made, I was left wondering what just happened.
