She's been at it for many years and her experience is, it's very, it's very showing in how she treats her patients. She did, when I most outstanding audiologist I've ever had, and I would recommend her to anybody who needs an audiologist because of her patience, her knowledge of her field, her professionalism, she has outstanding people qualities and she's, she's definitely the best in her field. I appreciate that Patricia Cronin made the effort to pull in another provider, Dr. Anderson, to address an issue with wax build up that would have delayed my Mom getting her hearing aids and would have required another appointment. Dr. Anderson was able to clean my Mom's ears of wax build up thus clearing the way for Ms. Cronin to proceed with making the molds for the new hearing aids. My mom has Alzheimer's and appointments are difficult for her. These 2 healthcare professionals working together helped to achieve the goal of the appointment without any additional hardships on my mom.
