It I s not the provider but there is d definitely something wrong with the office staff. I called because I was very sick with a cold and afraid of it becoming pneumonia. I was told by the person who answered the phone. They said they would send a message to the doctor. 5 days later I called again. Found out about my CT scan was scheduled and I didn't know date or time. The doctor never called me back about my concerns about my bad cold and breathing issues. I find all this to be very unprofessional .
