Overall, I'm hopeful and would tell others that they need to be persistent with their requests and descriptions of their symptoms. As a 73 yr old woman I would hope that age does not factor into having ones medical needs addressed or possibly dismissed as not serious enough. BTW, I probably wouldn't tell them the second part, just the persistence and descriptions of symptoms piece here.
