I've been seeing Dr Phaneuf for about 5 years now. She listens to my concerns and addresses them well. I do get a sense post pandemic that she is always rushed. That is not her fault but our healthcare system in general. Dr Phaneuf is doing her best working in a broken system.

She is very professional, caring and will listen to you in trying to find the medical problem that is presenting a problem for you. If you need her and it's not a emergency, leave a message she or one of her staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

The check up feels more like theu want you to get out of there, they don't listen to your concerns at all. They barely touch you during the examination. I felt no concern ir interest
