I feel the provider was very polite and listen to what I had to say, but just kind of brushed it all off and didn't give me any solutions. I have a special needs son that's been chronically sick with other medical conditions for 11 years now and we're still trying to get him a better quality of life. I explained a few things that were going on and you know, just kind of briefly gave me some input but nothing that's really going to make any difference.
