I have nothing but kind words for the healthcare workers that have been providing for my care.

Wonderful service and wonderful people to help in my care

This provider did not listen to me AT ALL. I tried explaining my pain and where I felt it and how I felt it and he ignored it. He also brought someone in to observe and just told me his name without asking if I was okay with him being there. When I said I was hyper-mobile, instead of explaining or being sympathetic to my pain, he turned me into a freak show and made me do the hyper-mobility test to show to the person who was observing. Instead of asking more questions about my pain, he chalked everything up to my hyper-mobility. He then proceeded to pull on my INJURED arm to see if my shoulders separate to prove his point. I told him that it hurt and he let go but instead of moving to my other arm to show the person observing, he pulled on my injured arm AGAIN and would not let go despite me saying I was in pain until the observer had felt what he was talking about. He made my injury worse and he made me feel like I was wasting his time. Even if he is/was right, he should have listened to me and explained things in a way that validated my pain and in a way where I felt heard. Even if he is/was right, he should not have caused me pain more than once to prove he was right. I am going elsewhere for care. Even if there was nothing he could do, he should have treated me like a person instead of a case for the observer to study. Dr Saks should be observed for how he treats his patients. I should not have been treated that way and I hope no one else is. I would tell my friends and family to avoid this provider if they want help for their pain.

Dr. Saks is amazing. He brought a lot of clarity to my condition and referred me to another doctor for another unrelated problem that he felt would help me. Very satisfied!

Great doctors and a great network.

Great experience with Dr! However disappointed with scheduling staff and how hard it was to get an apt for my son with a broken foot. No urgency to get him in right away. Was told by several employees that they could not see him for several days.(even after I told them X-ray from hospital said it was fractured) Was only seen because his school trainer helped get him an appointment asap. Unacceptable

Yeah, hello, [NAME] here. Hey, so listen, I'm new to Core, well sort of new. I'm just really happy with Core physicians all around. You guys have a nice place, nice operation. And Dr. Saks is an outstanding doctor. He's a cool guy too. So, yeah, that's it. Hey, take care.

I wish I was told ahead of time when booking an appointment, that he was a knee specialist and not an ankle specialist. This would have been crucial in booking my appointment to begin with. It would have also been handy if he had told me this from the start and not to the end. I felt he was a bit rushed, quite determined in his diagnosis of my ankle issue, only to tell me later in the appt, he is a knee specialist and not an ankle specialist. He couldn't tell for sure why my ankle was hurting for over 2 years, and what would have caused the swelling. He was able to explain my knee pain in 2 seconds, bc he is a knee specialist! So he does know his area of expertise.
