She is wonderful. Knowledgeable, and most competent in her practice.

That she was very personable and professional

She was 1/2 hour late for my appointment and did not seem to have been given any of my background information even tho my MRI was done at Exeter Hospital. I was fortunate to have brought a CD of my scan otherwise she would have been clueless.

Courtney was very good. She came in, she let me talk, she gave me advice without really being pushy about having my knee surgery. She kept saying, it's up to you. We advise it, but it's up to you. And that was very comforting for me to know that they weren't pressuring me, that it was my decision. She also had a person with her who seemed very nice and it was a very good situation and I enjoyed the fact that she brought an observer with her. That's all.

It was a very disappointing visit. I had an appointment with Dr. McGovern, whom I never saw. I don't know if he saw my x-rays. I just saw the PA and a nurse practitioner who stood in the room and didn't say or do anything. I don't know why he was there.

Courtney was extremely patient, caring, and explained everything that I wanted to know in a way that I understood.

Knowledgeable. Courteous. Explained findings in plain language and outlined my options in a way I could understand and make a clear decision.

Dr McGovern, Chad and Courtney are very professional, nice, attentive- what a great team they are- thanks to all!!
