Certainly appears to be very skilled and qualified and the outcome was excellent however the Doctor has a very clinical approach with the patient and doesn't take any time to interact.

He's a very focused Dr. Who makes you feel safe and he explains what you need to know. He is a quiet man, but his caring is loud and clear.
