I think I would tell my friends that he is extremely difficult to understand. And therefore, communication is sometimes a struggle in terms of either him understanding me, or me understanding him. I think he's probably a very competent acupuncturist, so he is very different than others I have seen. So, that there isn't a lot of interactivity between myself as a patient and the provider.
